Anyway, I see the CPU Frequency in the BIOS at 200Mhz, after running at 100Mhz for the longest time. And then told the AGP to run at 256MB of memory, as the card specifies. The card is a 256MB DDRAM Radeon 9600. Now, when I cue up the computer, I get no beeps, no signal on the monitor, nothing. The Processor busy light just stays lit, and nothing else happens. Not a darn thing. Needless to say, I'm lost, and I appreciate any help you guys can give me. I'm just more than a little bit lost by all this. Thanks in advance. And thanks for having me on the board, I promise I'll be far more help than I will be a pain. (I used to run my own company for repair, but this one has me befuddled.) |

Put the BIOS battery for a couple of minutes. This should put the setting back to the default.
