I have Trend Micro PC-cillan and I deleted several cookies that I actually need. How can I reinstall the cookies that I have deleted?

Here is a list of cookies I need:

Look under "Blocking Options" to unblock the cookies you need. I don't use Pc-cillin but I did find that on the web.
