Important Announcement: We have two terrific contests running on the site that I wanted all our members and guests to know about.

The first contest is the HP Magic Giveaway, which is underway as of November 28th. More information can be found at this topic, which will be updated very soon with further information.

The second contests, is for the chance to win two Seagate FreeAgent external hard drives. More information about this contest can be found here.

I found the message from Slunge dated May 9 2006 10:38 AM that describes a remedy for the "updating" problem. Step one says to unregister then reregister. I can find the file Norton Antivirus\Navlucbk.dll file but then what?? Can someone tell me the exact steps to unregister and reregister?? I use Windows XP Home version.

Thanks, L Michael

Go to this link, Error: "LU1875 This update failed during its preprocessing welcome text phase".
It will give you step by step instructions for unregistering/registering the .dll.
