How can I reset the password?

What's the best solution for solving this problem.

Many thanks.

There is not much we can do. You will have to contact the IT guy and get the password.

There may not be a password installed in the native administrator account.

Just type "Administrator" without the quotes in the user box and nothing in the password box.
