PC Windows Internet Explorer
1. Select "Tools" from the pull-down menu (IE 5.01 SP2 or higher).
2.- Select "Internet Options" under the General tab. In the section "Temporary Internet Files", click on the 'Delete Files' button.
3.- Check the box option to "Delete all offline content", then click "OK".
4.- When clearing is complete (hourglass returns to mouse pointer), click "OK".
Optional- Follow the same steps above, and Select "Delete Cookies".
