Hello,
I have written a batch file that runs on the Windows Millennium DOS (boot disk made from Windows XP) but the Find.exe file is missing from the boot disk and I need it.
Do anybody know where I can get it from ?
Thank you for help.

Hi jmsrihv, welcome to BC.
On a 9x bootdisk, all versions, it's "findramd.exe". There is no "find.exe" that I'm aware of.
You should be able to download a ME bootdisk anywhere and extract the file, provided it's not a self extracting version of a boot disk.
I've probably got an old 98SE bootdisk around here somewhere. If you want, I can upload it and place a link here.
If you are looking for the actual "find.exe" file from a WinMe system, I don't have a clue other then the obvious.

EDIT:
Here's a 95B version of "find.exe" which should be good for all 9x.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately Find.exe for other versions (9x) do not work ("Incorrect MS-DOS version") with Windows Millennium Dos (I just tried again with the one you mentionned). So I really need a Find.exe version that designed for Windows Millennium Dos (version 4.90.3000). Any clue ?
In addition I noticed that the 9x bootdisk include Find.exe but the Millennium do not !

WinMe is a 9x OS. (FAT32)
I checked my 98SE boot disks (I found 3) and none of them have "find.exe" on them. Only "findramd.exe" (ram drive). As far as I know, "Find.exe" is a windows file, hence the "Incorrect MS-DOS version" message.
