I think that it would be more appropriate for it to be in its own forum.

It would need to be monitored closely to assure that it does not get out of hand. Also, a disclaimer may be needed specific to the forum, or admended guidelines pinned to the top of it.

Yeah CGM it was definitely spam. But it was a good spam. If it lands someone a job, the better is it in my opinion. In this economy dont want to deprive anyone the chance of finding an opportunity even if it comes from someone spamming my board

OK JS, will put more thought into it

With all the specialised forums out there for jobhunting, and considering all the monitoring it would require, and the potential for damage to BC's reputation it might cause, I would suggest abandoning this project and remaining true to the original project of these boards.
Highest regards,
John

I hung back a bit on this subject because I wanted to considered
how I might look at the situation where I looking for employment.

I would have been at any "head-hunters" type of sites first off.

Not to denigrate BC in any way, but this would have been one of the
last places I'd have considered looking for employment - a last resort.

BC has already carved out a place for itself in helping people rid themselves
of all those "pests" out there.

It would be a shame to lose this resource due to "spreading too thin".

(BTW - a hearty "Well Done!" to all the HJT members to have helped
the "Grinler" turn this site to 5K members in less than a year.)
The only easy day was yesterday.
