Nero 6.6 Help needed

I had just installed Nero suite.Whenever i tried to open Nero burning application, my OS will hang and show a blue screen and then restarts.Anyone noes how to fix this?I'm using XP home with SP2 running on 2.8c Intel P4 with 1 gigabyte ram

What is the error message you are getting?

nero web site info... inconclusive at this time. It is however, a fact that there are issues with it and SP2. :thumbsup:
patiently patrolling, plenty of persisant pests n' problems ...
