Possible Virus Horror!

Howdy.

I have recently had a trojan on my computer which I managed to remove using x-clean. Since removing it though my computer runs chkdisk when it starts up which tells me there are several cross linked files.I have let this proccess run to up to an hour but it doesnt do anything so I reset the machine.When I tried to defrag the hardrive in windows xp it starts analysing the hard drive and comes up with an error message up saying that the scan has been cancelled because of an error in file c:\windows\wiaservc.log.

The hijack this file follows.Any help would be muchos appriciatos.
