Metal Gear Solid (PS1), my all time classic. Half Life (1 and 2 and mods like CS) is also a good runner up

Wing Commander series, back on my 486/66..
X-wing vs Tie fighter (and just plain "X-wing" and "Tie Fighter," on floppies, before that). The C&C series (excluding Generals, sorry guys). Unreal, UT, UT2004: I've spent many an hour frag-whoring on low g maps. Half-Life. DM at lans in '98 and '99 on. Of course, the phenomenon we refer to as Counter-Strike was my personal addiction off and on since around version 1.1, through STEAM 1.6, and on to CS Source. But of course, the top of the my heap, the best RTS game ever, Total Annihilation!

I'd have to say Super Mario Brothers 3, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Final Fantasy VI, Metal Gear Solid, Katamari Damacy, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, and a few others.

I'd have to say a toss up between the first Mario bros game and the first Zelda game!
Next would probably be CnC Generals (along with the Zero Hour expansion pack)! -------------------- War produces veterans, wounded both physically and mentally. They have sacrificed for us.....and it is now our job to help these veterans, as they have already helped us in ways we will never know, in ways that we cannot fathom, and in ways that we take granted every day.
