When I close IE 6 Win XP SP2 I used to get a dialogue box offering the opportunity to close the connection.
This has just disappeared and I have to close the connection manually.
I have read many articles but none seem to help. I think I have got my settings OK (The Advanced box "Disconnect when connection no longer needed" ticked)
It s irritating not to be able to sort it
Any ideas
Thanks
Terry

I am not sure how to help you.
But I do have a suggestion which may not be related to your question.
Try using another browser like Avant Browser
Get it at http://www.avantbrowser.com/
It is definitely faster and better manageable.
