Is it a good idea to un-install the previous of Windows. Was 95 now is ME.
I put that wrong I think.

In disk cleanup: Delete Windows Uninstall Information.

"Setup saved info about previous version. These files take up a large amount of space. If sure you do not want to return to previous version you should delete these files."

Is this a good idea?

I take it you changed from 95 to ME, and did that some time ago, and that ME is running OK. In that case you may safely delete the 95 information you found in Disk Cleanup.
Cheers,
John
