How weird . . .

On Wednesday (April 5), at two minutes

and three seconds after 1:00 in the morning,

the time and date will be:

01:02:03 04/05/06.

This won't ever happen again!

Sure it will. It will happen again at 01:02:03 PM 04/05 06.

Then it will happen in 100 years at 01:02:03 AM 04/05/(21)06.

Actually, it happens twice this year.....

01:02:03 04/05/06 will occur in the USA at that time, then 1 month later it will happen again on 01:02:03 04/05/06 in the UK and, I think Canada  ...

The USA uses mm/dd/yy format, here in the UK, we use the dd/mm/yy format. :flowers:

Exactly!
That's why there is so much confusion!

Why does America have to be so difficult? We are among the minority of countries that use the mm/dd/yy, and Fahrenheit, and the "Standard System."

Why can't we all just use the metric system and the dd/mm/yy? :flowers:

Hmmm, mm/dd/yy, inches, feet, yards, miles, pounds, *Fahrenheit, got us (US) to the moon and made us a technology leader. Ever since we started on this idiotic course to change to the metric system - just because everyone else uses it - we have been going downhill. {said only partly with 'tongue in cheek'}.

awsome that means I didn't miss it... phew...

Vivre le Canada

O Canada
Our home and native land
Threw patriot love
in all our sons command
with glowing hearts we see the rise
the true north strong and free
... just guess the rest

Well I am off to cut some firewood...

I got this in a email and do not get it.
On Wednesday (April 5), at two minutes

and three seconds after 1:00 in the morning,

the time and date will be:

01:02:03 04/05/06.

1 + 2 mins + 3 seconds = 1:02:03 so whats so odd?

It's just a cool pattern humans like to find in the dates. Gives us something to look forward to. I had to stay up to 1:02:03 on April 5th. :flowers:
