I really enjoyed the gross factor along with the vocab choice and song lists.
Did anyone see that Rob Zombie was in the movie (find waldo).
And if you stay for the end of the credits; there is a scene kinda like Pirates of the Carribean.
My sweetie and I laughed our blanks off.
As a biologist and medical professional I do find the concept interesting and possible, just not plausable.

Would like to read your opinions...
