What size processor, how much RAM, what kind of graphics adapter do you have?

Does it have its own memory or draw from shared RAM and if it does, how much does it have?

Have you tried a CD drive cleaner. I have a bad feeling the drive is failing. The last two I had atop working started with the CD stopped working first.
