im just wondering what would be a good video card with tv-out and a tv tuner that would be under $200 (CDN, around $140 US) for this computer?

MB- Asus P4P800-SE
CPU- P4 2.8 Ghz 800Mhz FSB Prescott
RAM- 2x256 DDR 400 Infineon (Dual Channel)
HD- Maxtor 80GB 7200 Rpm ATA 133
CD- Liteon 52x32x52x16 CDRW/DVD combo drive
Video- Celestica Radeon 9200-SE 128MB
Windows XP Pro
(Other stuff doesn't matter really)

I prefer ATI cards, but a NVIDIA wouldnt be bad

The All-in-Wonder ATI cards are your best bet for ease of install and use,but I am a die-hard nvidia fan so i use an nvidia AGP card and just added a win-tv card for tv viewing.

I've opened this topic to look it over a couple times. I couldn't help but notice the banner ads, since they are appropriate. I kinda like the idea of free. And comparison specs, since I only recently put a video card in to try it out. Spent nearly 50.00 on the experiment that ...now I figure it can lead to better ones, like you say, hainer36.

BTW, howdy raw. your advice is always good to hear. smile.gif
