Easy problem to fix... Download this program
http://www.download.com/Regfixer/3000-2408...ml?tag=pdp_prod

Scan with it and remove anything it finds...you wont get the errors anymore And will aslo prevent errors in the future this program is free by the way....

Good luck

WARNING!

Before making ANY register changes, be sure to make a back-up of the current registry. Mucking about in the registry, unless you are careful and know what you are doing, can cause major problems with your operating system!

I agree with jgweed.

I'm not familiar with that program and mistrust most programs that attempt to automatically fix the registry. They make educated guesses and all too often are wrong and a hosed registry is the result.

Devilschild, please read the pinned topics concerning what this forum is for and how to use the startups database. soproc.exe is already in the database and information on it is available here:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/i....exe&act=search

And since you've already posted about this problem here, I'll close this thread and advise that you follow acklan's good advice and please stick to one thread in the HJT forum once you get a log posted.
