the six page instruction to remove spyfalcon is beyond my computer literacy. is there a more basic instruction available

Contact the bank that issued your charge card (or check card or whatever) and tell them to deny any further charges from the rogue company. You can also request the original charge be reversed because it was a result of fraud. Your bank should accomodate that request and is obligated to block your account from further charges from the purpetrator of the fraud.

Trust me when I tell you that it is not as hard as it looks. Just follow the steps one at a time and be patient and you will get through it.

hey guys...welll i really like this site its so informative.....but this alfacleaner isnt in my computer i once did but i completely removed it from showing up on hijack this, adaware, spybot,mcafee virus, but on spydoctor it still shows up......but i have to buy it to remove it.........that isnt the problem though because it says where it is on the registry...when i try to find it and delete the registry key....Alfacleaner it doesnot let me delete it ...a error comes up and says cannot delete file and i even tried doing it in safe mode...show me wat to do... right now it isnt really a threat but soon it will...i want this crap out of my computer

I also used the instructions on the web site for the removal of Spyfalcon and it worked great! Thank you so much!
