I have this slight problem that when i use this one type of programme, PTC or any other BitTorrent Download, my PC crashes after about 5 minutes of use. I heard that it could mean i have bad RAM but i really don't think this is the problem. Here is my HijackThis record:

Also i have spy software running to pervent spyware and both a anti virus and firewall running. My PC specs are:
2.2GHz
256MB RAM
40GB HDD + 120GB HDD
