Posted Image When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.


Posted Image Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

Here is my log for Hijackthis...like so many others I too have the virus, but no 020 entry. I also cannot use killbox due to an error....help a brother out.

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SGAMEM.exe
c:\windows\system32\image.dll
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DET5EY6500X2E3.EXE

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.
