My goal is to have my tweets from twitter to be added to my G+ stream. I have seen people on other site say that Google does not support the correct API or something like that. I am unsure as to what that means. My goal is not to get my Google+ stream add to twitter, but rather the other way around. I have also seen an app that adds another tab to the G+ dashboard that allows direct access to twitter from you g+ account, But there is not cross over from one stream to the other. My only thoughts that may get this to work is using RSS and somehow getting that to G+. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also know of platform applications that let you post from the platform to all other social medium, i.e Hootsuite. I am looking for a differnet idea than this.
I also know of certain apps on chrome that allows this cross over (in both directions infact) called Start G+.

And

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to add people to my following stream in twitter and my circles in G+. I have no idea if these programs are even compatible enough for anything like this to exist.

Thank you for your time.

There is a Chrome browser extension that will do what you're asking. It's the one you mention, G+Twitter for Google Plus™. I don't have any experience with it, but I see many positive comments regarding it.

Is this in reference to my first question or the 2nd question?

My mistake. It appears those are two different applications. You mention in your initial post: Start G+ which is Chrome plug in. The one I link to is G+Twitter for Google Plus™, which is also a Chrome plug in.

What I linked you to addresses your desire to add your twitter feed to your G+ feed. As for adding friends to G+ through the plug in, I don't see that listed as a feature in my link. Being social media challenged I don't know how all that stuff works to any technical degree between platforms. I have never seen a multi-platform application work seamlessly on all levels completely. It usually lacks something somewhere due to interoperability in a specific platform.
