PC Connected, Lap-Top Won't Connect Can't establish a Wireless Connection

Purchased a Refurbished Netgear WNDR3700v1 Router, Installed it on My Main 'Puter (used //ReadyShare Utility & 1.0.7 Netgear Firmware),. works Fine.
However, My Live-In SO has a HP Lap-Top (Vista OS), and she can NOT connect Wirelessly, only Wired works for accessing Internet. What could be the Issue(s)
and How to Correct?? She has had Her Lap-Top Connected via her Mom's Wireless, and has Used it at WiFi stations and it works fine...
Perhaps something is Not Set-up right at the router log-in admin Page?? She can connect Locally (Only), with Excellent Signal Strength, but No Internet Posted Image

Really NEED to get a Handle on this, so I quite getting Abusive behavior from the Woman, lol...

Is this the first computer laptop trying to connect on wireless connection via the refurbished netgear router? Please run Minitool box from the Pinned topic of the Networking section of BC and post the results after. Connect the laptop by wireless then run the software to check IP configuration.

Please stop using bold,color fonts and large letters. Did you run Minitoolbox by the laptop connected wirelessly? Do other computers connect successfully by wireless connection? Have you tried disabling wifi security passkey to check on the problem?

First check the Documentation and page 24 for the wireless settings to see if everything is setup correctly.

This is not a correct log as shown twice from the pasted report.
Can you check the laptop's network adapter IPV4 settings by going to your Network and sharing center. Look for your wireless adapter and right-click and choose Properties. Highlight TCP/IPv4 and click Properties. Then choose Advanced...

Ok, did as instructed. Everything in the HP Laptop is the same as shown (was there supposed to be a Value in the Gateway?). Still will not connect Wireless.
We attained a Notebook with Windows 7 and it hooked right up to the Wireless network. Could this be some conflict within Vista OS?
