What posts are you referring to...and why would you want such deleted?

If they are in a valid topic...they enable readers to see the flow of said topic as it happened.

No, that button is for RegClean Pro, a few inches below that you will see "Download Latest Release" click on "1.12 Setup" and follow the prompts.
