i have a vista machine that had virus/malware trouble. Cleaned it and it still had gremlins. Restored to original vista image and it still had issues. now i have bought a full version of windows 7 and want to "guarantee" everything is gone when i run the fresh install. Can someone give me advice on best way to do this? I'm not a super techie, so i don't know much about partitions and formatting drives. i also don't know much about firewalls and antivirus/antimalware packages...so i would appreciate some step-by-step instructions for maximizing the success of a clean install. Thanks.
