Do they make good power supplies? I have never heard of them before but they have really good prices.

I cant speak to their PSUs other then Ive heard some good reviews-I do use several of their fans without any issue whatsoever. Personally, I usually use coolermaster, antec, corsair or OCZ PSUs for any system I make, with coolermaster being my favorite.

Primary system: Motherboard: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3, Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 945, Memory: 8 gigs of Patriot G2 DDR3 1600, Video: ASUS ATI 4890 and a Saphire 4890 in Crossfire, Storage: 1 WD 500 gig HD, 1 Hitachi 500 gig HD, and Power supply: Coolermaster 750 watt, OS: Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
Media Center: Motherboard: Gigabyte mp61p-S3, Processor: AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+, Memory: 6 gigs Patriot DDR2 800, Video: Saphire 4850, Storage: 500 gig Hitachi, PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty 550 watt modular PSU, OS: Windows 7 Ultimate.

Okay, thanks. I'm probably going to go with a corsair. Would an 800 watt be enough for gtx560ti in sli and an overclocked i5 2500k?

I would imagine a good 800-850 watt would work, however to be sure you can go here and input your components and get a good feel for what wattage PSU you need.

I used that calculator. looks like a 850 watt would be fine. This is my first time building a computer so this might be a stupid question but how many watts do fans use?

a lot depends on the fan, and Im not sure I could give you a number off the top of my head-but not much. I very rarely even include fan wattage into my figures when Im calculating power for a computer-and im running 7 120 mm fans in my build with 2 4890s, a phenom II quad, two hard drives, and its all powered by a 750 watt. Fans are pretty minimal when it comes to power consumption-unless your pushing your PSU to its limit, fans usually arnt a factor.
