New user account log info

I was referred to this site (combofix) by an IT professional for my home computer. I completed the scan on my home computer, but now I don't know where to "report" my account log info. Can someone give me some help? Thanks.

Please read carefully...the following. I believe that it reflects all information that you should need. If you follow the instructions in the Preparation Guide and also post the data from your CF log, that should move you closer to your desired goal.
