BleepingComputer.com: Ymail "please verify your password to continue"....

Hello guys, after so long of time not here I return, but again with troubles attacking me, I went to my email this evening to try and read up on stuff, nothing worked, the email took forever to load, and worse, it never went past the verify password page, it just refreshed repeatedly and drove me crazy, I finally cleared my yahoo cookies, and was able to get in, I noticed in my yahoo notices folder that there were two mailer Daemon notices, someone hacked my email and used it to send spam to some of my contacts, only one contact replied. I sent a reply saying I never sent that email and so to disregard it.

However, When I tried to change my password, Chrome kept giving me a "Connection reset" notice page. It still does. I do not know if Yahoo is being stupid or it is my version of chrome, I ran MBAM and also MSE, nothing found on either. I am also unable to restart my Security center service, it does not show in the list of services either to enable it. Any links on Yahoo are unclickable, to remove modules and aalso 'show less {news, local, sports, etc}' links do not work.

All I want to do is access my email like normal and fix everything the way it should be, but now.... Nothing works
