Hey guys.
So I'm pretty skilled in diagnosing computer issues, but this one has me thrown for a loop.
I have a spare Dell Inspiron 530C desktop in my guest room, it's about 3 years old. Runs a quad-core, 6GB of DDR2, and an ATI 2600XT.
About a month ago it's started to sporadically freeze and lock-up. When it happens, nothing can be done. I have to hold the power button and manually shut it down and restart it.
I thought it was overheating or something, but temperatures are reading fine in the case, all the fans are running cool.
I've ran Memtest for 4-5 passes, came back with no errors.
I've done CHKDSK to check for a bad HDD sector, nothing.
I've uninstalled junk programs, virus swept, updated drivers and Windows Updates, etc.
I'm just at a lost. It doesn't matter if it's at the desktop, if WMP is open, or if there are 3 games running at once. It will do it random as can be.
Can anyone help me with this issue? I'm at a loss.

1) When you ran checkdisk did you run chkdsk /r ? If not, that's the command you want to run.
2) When you boot to safe mode does the system still lock up?

Yeah I ran CMD as an admin and did "chkdsk c: /r", and it ran after I restarted. It came back with no issues.
I have not tried Safe Mode, but it sometimes will lockup in 5-20 minute intervals, and other times it will happen only once a day.
I've thought about maybe moving all my files onto my external drive and doing a fresh partition and reinstall of windows. I figured if it was a device error in Windows or a corrupted file or something, that could be the cause.

Also have you cleaned the inside of the computer out from dust? Also you may need to reapply the thermal paste for the CPU because it can dry up and decrease the thermal conductivity.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

I already applied some AS5 on it, still freezes. And yeah I put a Shop Vac to the inside and got out all the dust, there wasn't much to start with.
Here's my HiJack log:
