Free reverse phone number lookup Not really free??

When we get those phone calls that hang up when the answering machine says "please leave a message " I would like to see just who the caller was. Seems like they display most landlines, but they require payment to lookup cell phone numbers.

Is there REALLY a free reverse lookup service, or is that 'just the way it is'??

411.com is free but I don't think it does cell numbers. I use it all the time. It also had a reverse address too.

if you are looking to do reverse lookups to find the CSA, I would use reversephonelookup.com or whitepages.com . I work at a cell phone store and I tend to use the first of the two regularly, but it doesnt pinpoint exactly where cell devices are
