Verizon MiFi 2200 device is not working

I have a Verizon MiFi2200 device that is not working properly. I can connect the device to my laptop with the USB cord and the Verizon would say VZ Access and I would click on that and connect to the internet. However, I have an Epson Stylus NX420 wireless printer that I use and in the past, when i removed the cord, it would allow me the option of Verizon MiFi secure which would allow me to print any documents that I needed. Just a couple of days ago, the Verizon screen does not even show the Verizon MiFi Secure option.
What do I need to do? I have tried to go the Verizon tech support way, but no luck there and I really would like to print some documents.
