I notice that your Windows Firewall is still not running. That is not necessarily a problem if you are running a third-party firewall. Is this the case?

I had Windows Firewall disabled before this problem. I think our SQL Database app requires it to be off so the clients can access the DB over the network. I'm checking to be sure. I need something different as this is about the 4th time I've had this Win 7 security trojan. I'm running AVG Anti-virus, and have a hardware firewall, but they haven't been catching it.
