Only members of the Malware Response Team or Moderators are allowed to help people with logs. Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log.

When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc.

Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

I need help cleaning viruses off this computer

This computer has been through a lot (3 roommates, a teen in the house, etc). I have Symantic on the computer and it says there are a couple viruses on here. I was new to this web site last week and a VERY VERY helpful, kind person helped clean up my fiance's computer for us. While that was going on we turned to this computer as our main one for a few days. Now that i know i can get help to clean things up, i was hoping for some input on this one. I don't know a lot about computers but if you give directions, i can follow them! From my minute knowledge Symantic looks to have 3 different Trojan viruses Quarantined. Please help!
