DSS will not run, so I will describe what I know as best I can.

I was at www.gogoanime.com watching a show when all flash content on the page crashed and my computer proceeded to reboot itself. Once it restarted, Firefox did not and does not run, IE does.

MBAM and my antivirus (Ad-Aware free) do not run. I get the "Do you want to allow this program?" message, but that's it. None of MBAM Chameleon's links work to get MBAM working, the command prompt pops up briefly and disappears.

Attempts to uninstall ANYTHING fail, attempt to install a new antivirus failed. VAIO Care, a product that comes stock on my Sony Vaio "stops working" when I restart my computer.

Finally, all websites I've tried on IE work except where Flash content is concerned. A pop-up asks if I'd like to allow "Macromedia" Flash to update, I say yes and nothing happens. All Flash windows are simply white boxes with a red X in the top left corner. I place Macromedia in quotes because I find it suspicious, I thought Adobe bought everything from Macromedia.

That's all I know. Please help.
