Browse to this path

C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386\

Copy ipsec.sys from location and paste it in C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/Drivers folder

Restart the PC .check your browser and post the new FSS log

To be on safer side before running registry fixes i would suggest you to

Download

http://www.snapfiles.com/get/erunt.html

Install it and backup your registry to C:/Windows/erdnt

Download this file

http://www.mediafire.com/?reuj8vi4hq0pwnq

Extract it using winrar

http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Launch wuauserv.reg and wscsvc.reg ,click YES

do not launch legacy keys now

Press Windows+R key and type

regedit and click ok

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root

Right-Click Root and select Permissions
Under Security type while Everyone is selected put a check mark in the box under Allow next to Full Control.
Click OK.

Now launch the legacy keys

Post the new FSS log
