Site mentioned is an auction site.
IMO, that means that there are obvious inherent risks in purchasing anything, same as one would encounter on eBay or similar sites.

From what I saw those are Upgrade Disks, not full OS's so they will be less expensive. If you should ever need to reinstall you'll need your original OS and the upgrade disks.
