Explain "didn't work for me".

Well, when I try to upload the result from my computer, an Explorer page comes up & says it cannot open the website. Has options to diagnose the connection, etc, but I just can't get it to upload. Think it would work if I put the file on a Flash drive, & tried uploading it from my laptop instead?
