Firefox & Other Troubles Can't access Firefox, weird pop-ups, & erratic mouse.

Okay, so, a quick overview: I generally use Firefox, Winamp Player, Adobe PhotoShop, & the Microsoft Suite of Programs on a regular basis. My Internet browsing is pretty mundane; I use add-ons like CircleOfTrust to try to steer clear of suspicious sites, & I browse wisely. Recently Firefox up & quit on me; I can't open it, I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling it, & so on. I'm getting some help on that in another topic, but for the rest of the errors, I was advised to post here.
I'm experiencing some weirdness on Internet Explorer (which I'm using now). When I'm on DeviantArt, every other page or so that I browse will have a pop-up,something having to do with Microsoft.
Here's a screenshot: http://tinypic.com/r/117zsz6/5
The other weird thing is that I can't reliably load the bleepingcomputer website directly - I had to access it from the reply-to-your-topic link sent to my Gmail. Any ideas on why this is happening?
Other stuff: Occasionally upon starting up my computer, it will have my desktop background image, but no Start bar, or icons. I can usually get out of it by opening the task manager & restarting the PC. Another thing I found is that I get the same effect (no icons or start bar) when I end the explorer.exe process in the Task Manager.
Erratic Mouse Clicking: My mouse is having issues. In Word & in websites, if I try to highlight text, I drag the cursor, release the left-click, & my selection is unselected again. Extremely frustrating, & I've resorted to using my Wacom stylus to select text (that works for some reason). Also, sometimes a single click acts like a double click, & trying to move the cursor by clicking with the mouse results in a whole block of text being highlighted.
Icon Errors: For a while now, the My Documents, Recycle Bin, My Computer, & My Network Places icons have been broken. Here's a screenshot of an example: http://tinypic.com/r/2qs6o87/5 This is the My Computer window, showing the broken icons.
If I think of any more errors, I'll update/reply to this topis. I hope someone can help me out, & I thank you in advance for your assistance.

Click on big green button "Upload file".
I'll not download .doc file from unknown computer.
Upload straight logs.
Eventually you can zip them into one file.

Okay, there's the log.
EDIT: I have to be afk for a while. I'll come check this topic later tonight, hopefully. I'll definitely check it tomorrow morning.

The MiniToolbar log won't load on FileDrop. I'll try to put it in a post.
EDIT: Argh this is so frustrating..! It won't upload, & I can't put it in a post due to the length of it. If I have to, I'll just post sequential chunks of the bloody thing.
I've tried downloading Avast! & MalwareBytes before to this computer, but I'd rather not gum it up with those programs again if I don't have to. If you could analyze the data from the first 3 logs, then tell me if I have to download the other 2, I'd appreciate it.

When I say the MinBar log won't upload, I mean that when I upload it, the progress bar sticks at 0% & it never completes.
EDIT: No dice with that last uploader. I get the same IE error in the screenshot above.
I already tried uploadmb.com; it DID NOT work for me. Anything else we can try?
