Help
I have a new computer with Windows 7. As of yesterday the print spooler keeps crashing. Of course the user cannot print.
I can restart the spooler, but it crashes when trying to print or trying to open a printer.
I have cleared out drivers and printer, added them back in, but no luck.

Are you using the drivers that Windows makes available through Windows Update, or did you download the manufacturer's drivers from their website?
Also, please include your models of your computer and printer.

If it looks like I know what I'm doing, there's a pretty good chance the only reason for that is because
I once asked someone to run chkdsk /r and a BC Advisor smacked me in the back of the head.

Sorry. IBM ThinkPad, Windows 7 32 bit. Office 2007. Yes, I was using drivers from Windows updates.

Download the 'HP LaserJet P2035 and P2035n GDI Plug and Play Package' and install. Reboot.
Any change?
