Just wanted to get a post up. I'm a long-time Norton user who recently changed products and am now having some serious issues. I've been reading relevant posts, but I get advice on the Norton forum to find some direct assistance, so I'm going to see what help I can get. So far the techies here seem very knowledgable and thorough.
