When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Now I'm getting some error saying "the service connect accept control messages at this time". My services files read services.msc so I can't access it. Shouldn't it say services.exe? Pending your response. Thanks

Press Windows+R key and type

Should the new user account be administrative or standard?

The old account is corrupted. We need to migrate all the datas to new user account

Follow this guide here

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/fix-a-corrupted-user-profile

Make sure to backup your important datas(to external drives) before migrating the user profile

When I try and back up my files to an external hard drive I receive the following error:

Access is Denied 0X80070005

Oh...and internet explorer keeps shutting down.

Right click on the folder you're copying

click on properties-security

Click on EDIT

Click on ADD

type EVERYONE and click ok

Below check mark full control and click ok

Now see if you can copy the files and folders

I don't know what's going on with Java but it's giving me heck. It keeps asking me about a Java Plug in and that's what's shutting down my explorer. What should I do?
