I found this Forum mentioned on the Mozilla Firefox support page and thought I would give a go.

Sorry I took so long to acknowledge it but I have been busy with family matters and
have not had any time for my computer, unfortunately.

I will certainly ask for help from members as I am not very technical minded.

I think that you will find that answers to questions or attempts to help are given in as non-technical a way as the subject matter permits---at least that is always our goal.
