I manage a WordPress website, http://lifering.org.
This week I upgraded it to WordPress 3.3.1, the latest version. Yesterday I started getting calls from some of my users that they are getting a "gray screen" or a blank screen, often when they try to go to our chat room (http://lifering.org/chat-room) but sometimes when they just go to the home page. I can't reproduce the problem - the site loads fine for me on both my computers (a Win7 Pro desktop and a Win7 Ultimate laptop). It doesn't seem to be related to the browser - people who can't load the site can't load it in any browser. I can load it an all 4 major browsers - FireFox 9, IE9, Chrome whatever-the-current-version-is (updated Jan. 9), and Safari 5.1.
The site runs on a virtual server at GoDaddy. Because of the way GoDaddy supports virtual servers (not, unless you pay them extra which we don't), the best I got from their "live chat" was a suggestion that I should search the Apache logs. I did search them for time periods where people said they had problems, and didn't see anything that looked at all useful; not that I know what ought to be in Apache logs. I have rebooted the server with no visible effect.
Can anyone suggest a way to approach something that I can't reproduce myself?? I could try backing it off to the previous WP version, but we'll lose a couple of blog entries.

It looks like none of the HTML is loading. I suspect it is working on your system because the old page is cached on your system. You may need to reload your template.
