Just got back from a very long vacation. Hope I'm still welcome...

Btw, I'm posting this matter because I can't take the mess anymore. I am a magicJack Plus (the new device) user. When I'm connecting it to my PC, it's working fine but when it's plugged in to the wall and connected to the router, it's giving me "error 23" when trying to place a test call the phone has no dial tone on it. Hope there's someone here using MJ plus as well. Please advise...Online chat support (from MJ) seems useless because they're not able to fix the problem.
