If world governments can use existing laws and treaties to take down sites like MegaUpload that is good. No need for more laws. I don't understand why anybody would not want sites like MegaUpload to do business. If they are stealing and I believe they were whats the problem with prosecuting them? Just because a company uses the internet instead of a gun and crowbar doesn't make it less of a crime. I figured out why some may want sites like MegaUpload to stay around, they use them. Could using such sites be considered aiding and abating. I also don't have a problem with prosecuting those who use such sites for stealing. I think we also have laws in the U.S.A. that can do that already. No need for new laws.
