The svchost.exe right now isn't using much, the process is dwm.exe.

My firefox.exe uses a lot though. Mostly its because of plugin-container.exe. When it usually gets high, I close firefox and reopen it.
Any other way to fix it?

Regarding firefox issue,i would suggest you to reinstall firefox
