When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Unable to log in Window curser frozen,could not log in Window nor moving curser

Hi all and Happy NewYear !

I started with having a rogue virus? After having Ran AntiMalware ,it asked to retart and that's when my Vaios laptop curser freezed up,even after i ran in SafeMode.The curser could not be moved and i could not even log in my Window. i 've tried to use the Mouse,it moved the curser but still,i could not log in,Any solution for this,Please?

Reason for edit: Moved from XP to Am I infected.
