Hi everyone,

I have a threat warning that popped up from Norton Internet Security stating: "Threat requiring manual removal dected: System Infected: Tidserv Activity 2" I have gone to Norton and downloaded the Eraser and the FixTDDS.exe and ran it. Nothing came up.

Any suggestion on what to try next?

Preparation Guide ,do steps 6 - 9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9,which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic,thanks.
If Gmer won't run,skip it and move on.
