Can't get new video card working

According to HIS, the minimum PSU required for this card is 400W. Your card is sitting right at the edge. You should probably get a more powerful one just for stability concerns. PSUs really don't like being strained beyond 80% or so.
If it looks like I know what I'm doing, there's a pretty good chance the only reason for that is because
I once asked someone to run chkdsk /r and a BC Advisor smacked me in the back of the head.

I give up. I am sending this back and will try to get a NVIDIA card. There is a lot of people not getting this card to work, according to my google searches.

My computer flat out isn't recognizing I have this card stuck in to the motherboard. When I open my device manager, "display device" on there. It is as if the card doesn't exist. Been trying for a week. Can't deal with this anymore.

Just make sure you double check the psu requirementd or you may end up in the same boat.
