I am just wondering, what's the difference between Windows 7 Home Premium (OEM) and Windows 7 Home Premium?

I assume the latter mention of Windows 7 Home Premium stands for (Retail). If that is the case, this will explain it: An Explanation of Oem, Upgrade, Academic, And Full Versions of software
