Help
Just found Bleeping:
I am beginning to think that my computer will never be free of spyware and trojans despite my Norton subscription. Tell me I'm wrong PLEASE! So frustrating. I have spent hours on the phone with techs who insist on assessing another fee, but I am convinced that my computer is still full of malware. I need HELP!

Before posting read the text in blue at the top of that forum page.
Then create a topic about your issues. Provide details about what is going on with your computer.
A malware removal expert will give you the tools needed to scan your computer and guide you through the clean-up process if an infection is present.
And best of all their help is FREE.
